Exchange for Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage from our side, you may request an exchange within 7 working days of delivery.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase invoice and shipment receipt.

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer service team by emailing cs@tinnies.pk with photos of the defective item, or send us a message on our official Facebook, Instagram page, or official WhatsApp number within 7 working days of delivery.

  2. Return the defective product to us using a traceable delivery service. (Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.)

  3. Once received, our team will review your return and facilitate the exchange.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before processing. Once a parcel has been dispatched, our standard Returns & Exchanges Policy will apply.

Sale & Promotion Items

  • Items purchased during sales are not eligible for refunds or returns.
  • Sale items can only be exchanged if they are defective or incorrectly delivered.
  • Complaints regarding defective sale items must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt.

When submitting a complaint, please provide:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photos of the defective item

Out-of-Stock Items

If a product you ordered is unavailable, Tinnies reserves the right to cancel the order. You will be notified promptly in such cases.
