Tinnies PakistanExchange for Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage from our side, you may request an exchange within 7 working days of delivery.
To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase invoice and shipment receipt.
How to Return
- Contact our customer service team by emailing cs@tinnies.pk with photos of the defective item, or send us a message on our official Facebook, Instagram page, or official WhatsApp number within 7 working days of delivery.
- Return the defective product to us using a traceable delivery service. (Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.)
- Once received, our team will review your return and facilitate the exchange.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before processing. Once a parcel has been dispatched, our standard Returns & Exchanges Policy will apply.
Sale & Promotion Items
- Items purchased during sales are not eligible for refunds or returns.
- Sale items can only be exchanged if they are defective or incorrectly delivered.
- Complaints regarding defective sale items must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt.
When submitting a complaint, please provide:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photos of the defective item
Out-of-Stock Items
If a product you ordered is unavailable, Tinnies reserves the right to cancel the order. You will be notified promptly in such cases.
