In the event of a manufacturing defect or damage from our side, products purchased online at www.tinnies.pk can be exchanged within 7 working days of delivery. Please ensure that the product is unused and in its original packaging, accompanied by the purchase invoice and shipment receipt.

Returning Goods

Contact our customer service by emailing images of the defective product(s) to cs@tinnies.pk or messaging us on our official Facebook/Instagram page within 7 working days of purchase. You will need to return the defective product(s), which our team will review to facilitate the exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the parcel via traceable delivery.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled prior to processing. Once the parcel is dispatched, our Returns & Exchange Policy will apply.

Conditions during Sale Promotions

1. Products purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds or returns.
2. Sale items may only be exchanged if defective or received incorrectly.
3. Any complaints regarding defective products must be lodged within 48 hours of receipt.

Complaints should be submitted online and include the following details:


• Order Number
• Photos of the defective product(s) received

Out of Stock

Tinnies reserves the right to cancel orders for products that are out of stock.
